purchased November 2023. will not hold charge or even turn the motor with a partial charge – as of April fool’s Day 2024.
Bought same one for a family member same time.
They have a house, I have a one bedroom apartment. I charge the battery blue light will go out and then switch the motor on and it makes one groaning noise and stops. And the blue light blinks as if there were no charge.
I used it less than once a week for the past 6 months. Seems well built/ attachments work well.
Suction was less than desired.

Love this thing so much, after a year or using it I bought a second one for my daughter. Easy to use, not too heavy, has a replaceable filter and HEPA filter which work well. I love the trigger hold so I dont have to hold and squeeze the trigger while vacuuming to keep it going. Motor brush works well on low pile rugs. The light is very good as well.
I will say that this is not for a big home. It charges quickly but discharges quickly too, especially if you set it to max setting for an extended period of time.

Love it so much I bought a 2nd one! This stick vac is reasonably priced, super light, easy to use, reaches under furniture and attachments are easy fast to take on off. Of course these are not intended to be a heavy vac for lots of carpeted rooms. But if you have a lot of tile or flat surfaces high areas to vacuum, this is an excellent product!

Only thing it’s good for is getting dog hair on a hard surface, won’t get dog hair out of a carpet. Won’t suck up anything heavier than a feather. Battery doesn’t last long at all.

The battery life and suction capabilities suck. I would not purchase this product again. Tineco customer service was also completely useless. I will not be purchasing any more Tineco products.

It’sa small, convenient powerful. We have 2 shepards use it daily with just the long nozel to do a quick clean in corners under furniture where the hair likes to collect. My house has never been cleaner! Also great for cleaning dust off of ceiling vents spider webs in cirners such! Thoroughly impressed!

I’ve bought many cordless stick vacuums and this is in the bottom 2 if not the bottom of all of them. Don’t waste your money. You have to pick it up and set it directly on something for it to suck it up.

I spend more time cleaning this vacuum than I do cleaning the floors. I have a lab and golden retriever and the dog hair clogs the tube within a few minutes. I clean my floors twice a day so it’s not as if it’s an extreme amount of build up or hair at a time. Really disappointed since it had such good reviews from other.

I bought this for my grandmother in law . She’s almost 80 and has mostly hardwood floors. She still gets around really good but had a stroke and I don’t want her falling , trying to lug around a heavy vacuum with a cord. This has been great for her . I thought she would be stubborn about using it. She literally has used it everyday since Christmas lol ! We have a Tineco S10 ZT and we love ours as well !

broke after 2 days, the filter light or battery light kept flashing red/pink (really hard to tell if its red or pink) I tried everything for the filter issue cleaning it thoroughly but it still didn’t fix it. I also shouldn’t need to clean filters after 2 days of normal use.
