Great value for the money… Perfect restaurant nugget ice… Well made and durable. Easy to use and the perfect size ! My daughter is using it in her dorm room and says it’s her favorite thing in her whole room!! Highly recommend!!

I got this for my husband for Christmas… ya know 12/25/24 …. I think we have probably got 15lbs of ice minimum from it. Everyone in our house uses this multiple times a day. The ice machine we have in our fridge is pretty much in the rear view. My ONLY suggestion is making there some way of knowing how much water you have put in instead of having to pull the basket up and check. It refills pretty quick – not the quietest but for what it is worth I can for sure having a glass full of freshly crushed ice to munch on!

Makes great pellet – bullet – sonic – pebble size ice very efficiently. Main downside is that ice melts fairly quickly when house is set at 70 F and it then has to replenish the ice and is quite loud when running.

Bought for my wife as a Christmas present. She uses it a lot.
It makes ice fairly quickly (I haven’t timed it) and recycles the melted ice to freeze it again. Mostly all of the water is used, so there us very little left when draining and cleaning the machine.
Just a note here. Drain and clean after each use to avoid mold growth. Lots of negative reviews about this, but it isn’t meant to leave running all the time like the higher cost machines.
It’s a bit loud, but not obnoxiously so. We make a couple of batches at a time and keep the ice in large freezer bags for later use.

My kids love this icemaker. The small pellets are soft and chewable which is what they wanted. They have been running it nonstop for the past 2 weeks since they got it. Fits nicely on the counter next to the fridge.

Amazing! Best ice and it lasts in your cup! It is a bit noisy however just as a warning if someone is looking for a quiet appliance this isn’t it!

It’s not the right shape, but if you let it melt for a little bit, it becomes the perfect ice. It comes out kind of a hard square shape. Which I wouldn’t say is a bad thing, but it is chewy which is good if you like to crunch on it, it’s not too hard. My only critique with the design is that it only allows for so much ice because it stops once the ice has accumulated in the region that the ice is coming out. The issue with that is that with the shape of a square it is a lot easier for the ice to do that whereas with a more circular shape, it wouldn’t be that easy. All in all, I absolutely love it and if you want some ice pretty quickly, it is very quick. Typically before I go to sleep, I will put some water in there turn it on and in about 20 minutes I’ll go back in there and get about a full 20 ounce cup of ice
