not only i got double charges, got two hoses. I just let it be ,figured just keep the extra for back up but It didnt even last me a month for the first one. it blow pop open. So thinking, good thing i have two in accident ,,,BUT,, it didn’t even last same as the first one. it pop open again!!!😡…

Hose is leaking a lot after just 3 months. Really disappointing as I am having to find a replacement now as it doesn’t have much life left.

ordered 75 feet, received 25 feet. Lot of pain in returning and reordering again. No responsibility for direct replacement at all. People are least bothered. Additional work of going to the store and returning… very careless

Good hose I have another hose like this type, needed one of these in front. like that it came with Nozzle and it works well. only thing is every time I turn water off and emptying res of hose, due to pressure it leaks at the connection point. But it only drips for a few mins and then its over…when using it to water plants etc there is no leaking.

I hadn’t even used it for two weeks before a leak suddenly sprung up around one point on the whole hose. Clearly it is a defect of some sort. Too bad I can’t upload a video on the Walmart website.

Hey, Kotto Hose Company – quit ripping off people with your crappy products. This “50-ft” hose is 20 feet, stretching to 25 max. I will NEVER order from this company again – taking it back to Walmart right away. You can see from the photo that this dinky thing is nowhere near 50 feet, but if you zoom in on the barcode it says 50 feet.

Lots of holes it’s like a soaker hose. Need to return it. Also came without a washer. I suspect this hose was returned before it was sold to me. How do I return is can I take it to the store?

This hose is the absolute best! It expands to 150 feet so waters all of my gardens and vegetable beds with no problem! Once the water is turned off it contracts to a smaller size. It really is amazing!

Everything seem great until I went out to water the garden, and realized it already had sprung a leak, which means it doesn’t work at all anymore. Very disappointed.

In my opinion this is a huge piece of junk and not nearly worth the discounted price I paid for it. To top it off…. Walmart will not allow me to claim a refund for returning it. I always assumed that WalMart was like Amazon and that I could refund any bad buy if it was returned in the allotted time period. I guess not so??? Don’t waste your money.
