It’s a nice phone with a good texture. The camera is pretty good; the photo of the Razr Snake was taken with the phone’s camera. However, I think pictures taken at a distance are far better. Comfortable to hold. The screen is smooth. There is a macro camera, which I am not too sure is better than just zooming in or not. ( Definitely not in low light ) The battery is excellent. The camera is a 7/10. Overall feel 9/10. Worth the price.

I admit I am disappointed in the phone. It works fine, battery is great, but the size seems off. I saw the measurements printed clearly, but when I took out of box, it is not the same as my old, and they had same measurements. Sound is clear, it has adequate space, etc. I wouldn’t buy again, simply because of the size.

Ive never had a phone with so many ads not in apps. Almost everytime i open this device i had ads for apps or new movies etc. I can never just open my phone to the homescreen. It may seem like a minor inconvenience but to many ads in any situation sucks let alone on the base device

The phone overheated today and caught fire. This was bought for my autistic 11 year old son, and luckily my son started to misbehave so my husband took the phone from he had just enough time to put it in his dresser drawer and soon as he did we heard popping and then a bunch of smoke. we ran it out the front door and through it in our drive way and put it out with the water hose. I’m very lucky and thankful god was with us today because no one got hurt and it could of turned out reaaly bad.

I bought 10 of these devices. All 10 of these devices were not properly scanned and I was not able to activate them through straight talk due to that each of these devices that I bought were bought separately so out of 10 devices that were bought separately at different times and different stores none were scanned properly.

the phone itself is a five-star but the fact that it’s with cricket it’s a one star I didnt even activate the service. Crickets mobile service is way to expensive and it’s ridiculous that they want you to pay double the price to get all the coverage you need and I’m not doing that and now I can’t even return the phone because it’s been too late

Might be greatest phone ever created, i don’t know…purchased phone advertising $40 off if activated in store. Brought to store to activate and walmart employees and subcontracted phone employees refused to activate phone because it was purchased online. 3 separate stores told me same thing…returning unopened and unused. Beware false advertising and money back after purchase. They are lying

Order was canceled! I’ve ordered this phone 4x (this makes 5) the order was canceled EVERY time! I wasn’t notified, offered a replacement, apology or anyone. The order for a different phone was ordered, PAID FOR, confirmed for pickup TODAY! When I went to pick it up they had NO record of it! What is going on? Walmart used to be good about PROMPTLY delivering my orders or having them ready for pickup. The customer service has gotten AWFUL lately! EVERYTHING I’ve ordered in the past 2 months has gotten CANCELED with NO apology or replacement offer! What do i have to do to get a phone? I have MULTIPLE medical issues and im a heart patient/breathing/lung issues. I DESPERATELY need a phone ASAP!!! So…PLEASE tell me how/when we can resolve this issue or I will order it from somewhere else. This is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous!

I loved this phone at first. I haven’t had it but a few months and now it seem like it want to start freezing up here or there. overall its a good phone
