Return Eligibility

You may return most items purchased from Zepharael within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:

– Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
– Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be included.

Exceptions
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
– Gift cards
– Personalized items
– Downloadable software

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return:

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your returned item is received.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. Refunds will be processed within 48 hour’s to your original payment method.

– Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
