The soil medium was horrible, there was root rot, and all of them started developing brown spots that I suspect are bacterial. I ended up keeping 3 that had already been taken by myself and my sister, but the rest were returned 🙁

I had the same issue as a few other reviewers who stated their Thai Con was shipped to another address. I live in Sacramento, CA and mine for whatever reason was shipped to Lincoln, CA. My address is correct on my Walmart account and reached out to the seller twice with no response. I have a suspicion this was done purposely by the seller. For reference and so you do not make the same mistake, I recommend not purchasing from xiaoxizhu! The price was too good to be true being on sale for $15.99! Unfortunately I lost out as Walmart can not send out a replacement either.

I purchased this plant on “sale” for $17.59, with taxes. My thought is that someone made a mistake. Soon after, I received a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Then, I received a “delayed delivery” by about 2 weeks, then the original expected date. Next thing you know, I get a notification that my package had been delivered. I was so excited, but it turns out there was no package delivery. I contacted customer service to let them know that I had not received the delivery. Unfortunately, the 3rd party wasn’t giving them the option to replace the plants. I ended up getting my $17.59 refunded when what I really wanted was my plant.

Plant arrived late yesterday in terrible condition. Has black edges and black splotches on several largest leaves, looks like a fungus or bacterial issue. Plant was packed well but newest leaf was very bent and floppy with multiple damaged areas in addition to the black spots. Very disappointed.

I’m a very happy and satisfied customer.But I have to repot it because even with the rubber band the plant come out of the pot .but no big deal I make my soil mix got a bigger pot and repot it . is beautiful and waiting for tomorrow to see if the leaf the perforation get flat because is curly.. Highly recommended I will be buying more House plants from this seller.I collect plants and hope to reach 500 or more and I already own plants from this seller never disappoint me.buy with confidence

This purchase was one of my dream plants. My delivery date changed several times through FedEx. After loosing patience I finally went to the FedEx website and chose the option to pick my package up from a FedEx pickup location. When I finally received my plant I was so excited that I opened it in the car and to my surprise everything was in pretty decent shape. I was actually surprised at how good my plant looked with it taking about four days longer than I expected to receive it. Outside of the bad shipping experience I am really happy with my purchase.

This is most definitely the best thing I’ve ever received in the mail. It’s a 10/10 stars. I can’t rate this enough. The care that went into the packing and shipment was amazing. It was extremely healthy. No damage. Perfect leaves and perfect roots. Beautiful variegation. Absolutely exceeded my expectations.

So I was excited to receive my plant due to alm the good reviews but as you can see it came in dead and the plant was cold to the touch with some ice on it so it didn’t make it through transit. Now I have to go through the process of returning a dead plant driving 40 minutes to fedex then gwt a replacement. This is so frustrating and disappointing. And who knows if my replacement will be even better especially if transit doesn’t have a process for handling live plants being delivered.

I expected this plant to have some damage considering I ordered it on line, BUT I didn’t expect to get a completely soggy dead plant! Such a bummer! I tried to see if I could safe it but it was completely rotten and not save able :/ not worth the 50 dollars so I plan on returning it.

Exceeded my expectations for sure I was a little nervous to but from Walmart.com but so happy I did !! my plant came within days of ordering and I’ve wanted one for years to needlessly to say I’m thrilled with her!!! You should order one too! A tiny lil bit of black on the white but who cares she’s absolutely stunning so happy thank you!!! 200.00 was way to steep on other sites so this was way more in my price range
