I love the smell but it doesn’t last as long. Good size for the price. I use to wear this back in high school (1999) so this has been around for quite some time. I’m glad I can just order it online instead of going to the store.

My fiancé mentioned to me on a whim that he loved this perfume, so naturally, I had it sent to me with that sweet, sweet Amazon Prime 2 day shipping. The moment I got the notification that it was delivered, I went to the mailbox to grab it. For context, my fiancé had just gotten some rechargeable camping lights delivered as well. Stay with me, this is relevant. I quickly and covertly sprayed myself with this delicious, aphrodisiac of a scent and confidently went downstairs in anticipation of a little make out sesh. What do you know, I went in for a kiss, he smelled my perfume, he got big heart eyes like straight out of a cartoon and we indeed made out, which prevented us from walking upstairs. Like Smokey the bear, only you can prevent forest fires and only Love Spell can prevent basement fires. Because we didn’t go upstairs right away, we noticed that the little lights he had purchased and just plugged in to charge were smoking and melting the electrical cord. We quickly unplugged them and threw them away and even the smell of burnt plastic couldn’t get in the way of the scent of delicious peaches, delightful cherry blossoms, and white jasmine.
10/10 smells great and prevents house fires

EDIT: it’s now been about four hours and the scent is still there, smells better as it mellows. I’ve started spraying it in my clothes closet. It retains a very light pleasant scent even after a week or so, so when I put on a clean shirt, it smells lovely.

I always read reviews and I just wanted a light, nice smelling body spray.
When I first sprayed it on, too strong and smelled cheap probably because it was so strong.
After about a half hour or so, it mellows.
It then smells like a powdery vanilla once it dries down. It’s not overwhelming after it dries down awhile unless you spray A LOT.
It’s pleasant if that’s what you’re looking for and remember everyone’s body chemistry is different, so you see reviews saying it smells great or bad, but I think that is because of expectations, preferences and body chemistry.
FOR ME, I like it about an hour after I spray it on, go LIGHTLY at first to see how it affects you.
It does start to fade fairly quickly, but really I just look for something I can spray about an hour before I go somewhere and if it then last two or three hours (about as long as I’m gone), great.
Your mileage may vary.

I absolutely love this body spray. It isn’t overwhelming and I always get compliments. The scent hasn’t varied at all in the years I have worn it, even if you get the shimmer spray it doesn’t change, there is no alcohol smell like you get from some cheaper alternatives (they always give me a headache and I am already prone to migraines due to overbearing perfumes) and for all the reviews that I have read that say it has a floral scent. I dont get floral notes at all. I literally buy this specific scent (Velvet Petals) because I think it smells like candy. I know it says lush blooms Almond glaze on the back but it is so light and sweet. Maybe its the almond I am not sure but you cant go wrong with this one!

This body fragrance receives an exceptional rating of 10/10. The fragrance is ideal for daily use, as it is moderate and has a long-lasting effect. Upon wearing it, I received numerous compliments from my peers and colleagues. It is so well-integrated with its lotion that it remains effective throughout the day. The cost is more reasonable than purchasing an expensive perfume that emits an overpowering aroma that might irritate some people in our surrounding.

I love this scent. I usually wear body oils over perfumes and have a very specific preference when it comes to what kind of scent notes I feel best compliment me.
The construction of the bottle is better than others with a thicker cap that ensures that it won’t leak in your purse or crack like regular plastic caps. Very sexy, feminine, and cozy scent that I feel is appropriate for any age, but does come off as more of an ‘autumn’ aroma, though I wear it all year around.
Like most body mist, it’s not a perfume so it’s not formulated to have the same effectiveness or spray density of scent but it does have a bit more staying power than other body mist in the same arena of pre-luxury. Bottle size is standard for body sprays. I use it after the shower and it lasts most of the day with one more application around lunch and good to go. My favorite of the Victoria’s Secret line of scents.

**I’ve always liked Love Spell. It’s a fresh sweet and fruity smell that is good for spring and summer. It’s lasts if sprayed on clothing.
It’s a nice size bottle that won’t go away fast. Cheaper here than in store or on their website. It came fast in like 2 days!
**The Amber one smells powdery and I don’t like that. Once it’s settled it smells a little better, but not for me.
***I like using these more to spray on curtains, bedding and such. But it’s a nice spray to use if you’re going the grocery store or somewhere casual.
