My item was first delayed and then I never received it because it was delivered to the wrong address after waiting over a week. I was then told I had to wait two days for a refund.

This product came broken. 2 out of all the pieces broken and no instructions. Tried to contact Walmart because I am a disabled lady who obviously had this shipped to my house for a reason and they do not want to refund me would not recommend this product or customer service at all. I’ll stick to Target

Worthless. There are dozens of screws and bolts, you need two people to assemble it and the instructions are so vague its useless. In addition the item ways over 50 pounds and is long but they refuse to pick it up so without a truck bed to return to a Walmart store you will be stuck with it .

Got this for our living room. The instructions were clear and easy to assemble. It is pretty cool how it lights up once everything is assembled. The material is strong and I don’t have to worry about placing a bigger TV on that stand. Overall it is a great purchase.

The holes were not in the right places, I had to drill the holes in the right places. Secondly the drawer part came broken so my drawer doesn’t work until I can replace the piece. So essentially I had build it and fix the actual design of it, and I still don’t have a working drawer.

I love the style – however mine stand was delivered damaged – had multiple scratches on the top – where the TV goes. I felt like it was a returned item – shipped off to me. Customer service made it tight. It’s a beautiful stand YIU just take a risk on what might be delivered to your.,

I received a notice that this item was going to be delivered late and was given the option to cancel, so I canceled the order a week or so later it was delivered. I thought I would just go ahead and return it since I no longer needed or wanted it as I had purchased a different one but my only option for returning was for me to take the item to the store there was no option for ups or FedEx or whomever to pick it up – I had no way of loading and taking the item to our Walmart. I ordered online – canceled when given the option to do so because of their email stating item would be late with no tentative delivery date – item was still delivered and I was not given the option to return it using the same method it was delivered. As to the product itself, I have no review as it is still in the box on my porch where it was left when it was delivered.

Thought it would be taller than it is. It is very stylish and the lights are cool. Tried to return, but was told by Walmart customer support this item is not returnable.
Choose the option to have it assembled and took over 2 hours to finish. Seems like would be difficult to put together without the right tools and experience in furniture assembly.

I have used this TV cabinet for a while and I think it is very fashionable. It has lights that can be changed to match my mood. Haha. It can also store things and put some fashionable accessories to decorate the home. It is nice.
