I bought this to get rid of some stubborn acne. At first I was going to buy xout by proactive but then I saw this and they both use 10% benzoyl peroxide so I chose this which is half the price and you only need a small dime size amount for every wash. I would recommend getting one of those spin brush facial things to exfoliate your face because it’s just a foam wash and your pores can get clogged. My face is at its clearest since I was 14 and I’m 24. Another product that goes hand in hand that I bought also is rugby acne medication they have two kinds 10 percent or 5 percent benzoyl peroxide. Only use once a day starting out and then increase because it will dry your face out. Hope this helps someone!

I have been using this for a couple of days, not even a full week and there was a DRASTIC change to my skin. I dont remember it ever being so clear. I use this after i cleanse my face with Aveeno’s daily clear complection face wash, and it is the perfect combo! Once we get out of isolation and no longer have to wear masks, i know my makeup is going to be flawless… because my skin is. 🙂 now im trying to get rid of the scarring

I have struggled with acne for a long time. I have combination skin and I’m coming I to my adult years, so acne is a bit of a problem. With Panoxl my acne is gone and my face has been recovering. And a month ago, I tried trying a new face wash, and it broke out again!

Ingredient have changed! I’ve been using panoxyl for some time now, and it has worked well on my skin. This product is now very irritating on my skin. I had a bad chemical burn, eczema flair, and broke out in more acne after using this product. I cannot use this product unless the ingredients go back to the original formula.

I can’t review this because I never received it. Tracking showed it was delivered but it wasn’t here. There was another package that was delivered the same day from someone else, and that one was here. I had to find it locally (for a lot cheaper I might add) because I needed to start using it for an upcoming surgery.

I have always had super sensitive skin that used to stay broken out, but I’ve used this face wash for years now and I absolutely swear by it…I tell everyone I know just so that they’ll keep making and selling it! And if you do still get a pimple, sleep in one of this brand’s pimple patches and it’s pretty much gone by morning!

This product was recommended by my dermatologist. It can be drying, so be cautious during the colder months if you have sensitive skin. I suggest using a small amount once a week or every two weeks. I have been using this product for three years now, and it has helped with my adult acne. Keep your routine simple and use a general face wash with this.

Got an allergic reaction to it, as it says on the product definitely do not use if you have sensitive skin. I used to use this product and it gave me great results so I wanted to get back to it but when I washed my face at night I woke up with swollen eyes and an itchy face. They must’ve changed something in the formula or my skin has just become a lot more sensitive than usual. Either way I wouldn’t recommend this product if you have mild acne, there are other options to choose from.

I have combination skin, and usually use Cerave, but at over $13 a bottle I was looking for something a little more economical. l love this face wash. It really cleanses skin, without over drying.
