Took it to skiatook Walmart to get a link out and they would not take a link out so I told them to keep it and walk out of the store will not do business with them or Sam’s club ever again

Great watch but since I don’t know what I’m doing I bent the attachments on the tool and I found the band hard to adjust because removing the pins is extremely difficult, but i finally made it work. Thank you

I both this for my 14 yr old son as he’s been asking for a watch. I needed something that looks nice, not too expensive for a first kids watch and functional. It a great looking watch and works well. He’s very happy with it plus being stainless it should look good for some time as he will be ruff with it.

I returned it because it did not include the day/date feature. Overall, it’s a “beautiful” watch. The wrist band was a little cumbersome to latch. I believe the band was designed to give it a seamless/latchless look.. which it did quite well.

I don’t mean to be down on this watch so much, but all the gears in the background are fake plastic metal looking gears that are not moving, just fixed in place. i guess I don’t know what I was expecting, but this is not it, the only thing that moves are the hour, minute, and second hand.
