I purchased the wrong order on accident. I tried to stop the the order as soon as I realized it it was too late the day the item arrived to my house. I tried to do a return via the website and email and now I’m getting no communication back from the original seller very poor communication.

Bad quality. Extremely low back rest and no head rest.
The pillow is missing. The seller is arguing on ways for me to adjust with the gaps instead of initialing the return.
I have been struggling with the seller. Would like to escalate this issue with Walmart to complete the process.

The Seller is very Disrespectful I asked for a return label because the Cushion would not fluff after 72 hrs as promised even after 3 weeks of asking for a return label the cushion still don’t fluff. The item is very small and cheap looking I do not recommend. I still can’t get a return label after three weeks or my money back from Walmart. The want u to take it to a logistics company without giving a label or any directions for return.

the Muzz sectional with Ottoman came with horrible customer service and I still haven’t gotten it assembled. I was supposed to be given the number to Muzz for guidance and that number was never given to me also parts were missing and Walmart didn’t even claim the product they said that it was sold by a third party on Marketplace through the walmart.com app

it so cheap made not woth the money it arrived late and when we took out of the single box we noticed some of the boards were warped and the screw holes were not good couldnt even start screw in more thannone hole. i cant afford to to throw away the cost of the couch plus that shipping costnand being late on arrival.

Nice simple style and fabric, low price Those are the only positives.
I have ordered and assembled plenty of furniture over the years, and this is the worst piece I’ve ever encountered.
Directions are cryptic diagrams and confusing. Some holes for bolting parts together aren’t aligned and some of the wood is warped; so putting this piece of [garbage] together is not possible without (at least) re-drilling some holes. Wood frame isn’t sturdy. If I try again to assemble it, I’ll probably have to reinforce it with some 2x4s. Otherwise, I’ll throw it out to the curb.
I know you get what you pay for, but in this case, I got less than I paid for. If I hadn’t waited so long to try to assemble it, I would demand a refund.

I’m sorry, but it is junk. This is for little people not adults too short to the ground. The back is not tall enough when you lean back on the back cushions, you can fill the back hardly any padding anywhere and I know it’s cheap but I certainly don’t like it. Not sure what I’m gonna do with it. I don’t know, but it’s good for maybe my dog.

Honestly, it was tedious to assemble but it took me an hour and half to complete it. Instructions were not so simple but it helped majority of the time. The back cushions were a bit flat the next day so I just opened them up, fluffed the inside foam and it was nice and fluffy. Not disappointed with my purchase and perfect size for my apartment

This garbage is definitely not easy to assemble due to poor placement of pre drilled holes so I had to make several adjustments. this thing is very cheap and definitely not worth the money I spent on it. the pillows are flat. They came in vacuum sealed bags so i thought they would expand however after 24 hours they look horrible. The picture they show on the website is an exaggeration to say the least. I should’ve bought the one I saw for $99.99 it was heavier and sturdier I had it a couple years ago but jist wanted to upgrade.

This product is not to scale as in the photo publicizing the size of the couch. The pillows on the back support are not near the proportion as shown in the photo. They are flat and no support. When we sit on the couch you hit your head on the wall because the pillows have no support. I like the size and it has good seat cushions. Putting it together took more time than I planned as the directions gave no directions only pictures. I wish the pillow were taller like in the photo they’re shown as the same size as the cushions on the seating cushion. I’m not happy with the purchase for 179. I would say the value should be more like Big Lots cost 89 dollars and say perfect for kids room. See photo for regular size back cushion for a couch.
