I bought 2 of these for the sole purpose of keeping two different varieties of cocktail sized chicken meatballs warm during a playoff NFL game at home. I wanted this smaller size with low, high, and warm – something I didn’t necessarily expect to easily find, but Walmart had it in the store.
I put 1 cup of water in each an hour prior and turned to high setting to get them good and hot, then switched to the warm setting after dumping the hot water. This allowed the crock to warm up appropriately and had the additional bonus of keeping the meatballs from sticking to each other since it was a bit steamy from the water. All my guests commented on them as far as looks and function.
I also like the flat black matte finish and they cleaned up beautifully. I’ve thought of several other ways to use these and definitely will put one in my RV for my travels.
The only downside is that the “feet” of these don’t have little rubber nubs to keep it from sliding on a trivet. Given the type of appliance this is I don’t want to add any of those rubber feet myself. I used these on my glass stovetop during the party so no concerns there, but when using it away from home in my RV I will have to be mindful of the possibility of it moving a little when spooning food out. Other than that it exceeded my expectations for something so inexpensive. Recommended.

Small but definitely not an issue, i love it. Had one before same brand and all really good product. Came very dusty due to the inside boxing but no problem to clean it.

I’ve gotten the same product probably four or five times. It’s a good product. I change out every year but I had to return this one without opening it because it was soaked in some type of smelly liquid.

The crockpot I ordered online was shattered, even though it was protected in the box. I returned it the next day and purchased a new one, which was fine.

I am a jeweler, and this little crockpot is the perfect size and wonderful for keeping my chemical silver cleaner warm , it is small enough on my soldering desk to have easy access because it doesn’t take up much room.

I’ve owned and used so many crockpots over the years… this one IS more of the same… but it’s small! It’s the perfect size for me alone! I have larger ones (for when kids and grandkids come to eat) but this is perfect for when it’s just me! (Perhaps it can stretch to occasional company, but who can tell?). It’s also inexpensive enough that replacement isn’t a worry!

It made a lovely pot of stew. Its appearance is sleek and design, thoughtful. There was no reason to have the electric cord be removable because the crock is removable and attractive. Overall, don’t think it could have been better made. Again, thanks.

Empty nesters dream. It’s been very hard to only cook enough for two people. I’ve still been cooking for 6. I decided to purchase this small crockpot to help me control the amount of food I cook. I put a small pork tenderloin in this cooker, which was just enough. I love it!

I usually have 2 crockpot cooked chicken breast on hand for salads, snacks, sandwiches. I’d been utilizing my 6 quarts to do those but found this little guy he’s perfect. 1/4 c broth, tablespoon of butter your spices and 3 hrs later you have your cooked chicken. Quick easy!
