Love this rug! Looks great in our bathroom and feels so soft and plush under our feet. Went with the smaller runner size and it fit perfectly where we needed it. Also washes and vacuums well

Bought this rug for use in the dining room. I had previously bought a “soft” cotton rug, but unfortunately shed terribly. This rug has not shed, is soft and should be easier to vacuum with the roller brush off.
Am very pleasantly relieved and pleased.

Looks high end, and that’s all we want isn’t it honey? …a little glamour at the end of the day. Mama works hard for her money, she deserve a nice ass rug. Here’s one!

When this rug first arrived I was in love. Even now looking at the photos it’s so beautiful. It was soft and cozy and looked so high end. But it got matted within weeks. We are a shoes off house. Where your socked feet rest in front of the couch it got flat and even after vacuuming will not fluff back up again. It gets worse every day. I don’t know how to prevent this from happening. I even tried to message Chris Loves Julia on Instagram a couple times to ask how they recommend care for it and heard nothing back. Fair they probably get loads of messages but would love to know the best way to keep the pile of this rug looking fresh and fluffy and soft. I rotated it thinking that maybe it would fluff back up in the spot it got flat if we stopped resting our feet there but now it just looks worse and a new spot is flattening out. If it wasn’t so long ago I would ask for a refund because I’m very disappointed in the durability of this rug. If I learn anything about how to make it look fluffy again I will update this review but until then I simply cannot recommend you spending your hard earned money on this. Unless you can afford to replace your rug every year or are putting it in a museum room no one will ever walk on.

This rug looks beautiful when you roll it out, but the unfinished edges along both sides will fray and curl up, making it look cheap and poor quality.
Would not purchase unless the long edges of the rug will be hidden by your furniture.

I have many Loloi rugs…. this one however sucks. Lol it got sent back. It looks sooooo cheap and its very thin, the tassels are thin… i
I mean I could easily see the carpet lining or pad (whatever its called) through the rug. Do not buy!!

I love this rug however, be aware of the seams and pulling threads. I’ve had it a very short time and hasn’t even been used in a brand new spare bedroom and the threads are all pulled. It is soft, but very thin so be aware and I haven’t had to wash it.

This rug is beautiful and soft for a couple months. It does not hold up at all in higher traffic areas. It is so matted down and the edges frayed on the first day and have continued where larger chunks had to be cut from the edges. It might be ok in a room no one uses much. I know it doesn’t cost much but it is a throw away after a couple months if you care how it looks.

Very designer looking at made the space look great.

This rug is super soft to the touch and foot at first. It had absolutely no stinky chemical smell, which I was so thankful for. Many rugs in this price point smell terrible. The rug is easy to clean up spills, messes. Vacuuming isn’t as easy. Tiny things, toys like legos, get a little lost in the pile, but are easily pulled out and vacuumed out. The rug is true to the color of the images, the lines are more dark charcoal than black.
I’m disappointed in the quality. I’ve had this rug exactly 2 months, the fluffiness of the pile is gone. It’s matted and lost some of its life and sheen. Two months seems like a pretty short life span for a Loloi rug. It’s almost like it needs a hair brush to separate the fibers and fluff it again.
For the money, and the durability, I’m not sure I’d buy it again. I’m really disappointed Loloi and CLJ put out a rug with this low durability.
To be honest, friends fuzzy rugs from Costco have held up better than this one.
The pictures show 1. The crushed and matted pile. 2. The area that doesn’t get as much traffic and is still fluffy and shiny. 3. The overall rug.
Update: 4 months of use in a high traffic living room. Rug feels nothing like it did at first. Looks okay. Would not have bought if I knew the fibers would crush and matt this badly. Might be good for a rarely used guest room, but not a living room. It isn’t snuggly and fuzzy anymore and when you sit on it, it just has a grungy matted look. We do not wear shoes inside, only bare or socked feet. So the rug isn’t getting dirty from shoes and it doesn’t look dirty. The grungy quality is because of the poor fibers.

This rug is beautiful to look at and has a very soft fluffy textile with a higher pile than I expected. I purchased it for my occasionally used front entrance but after 2 months it simply isn’t holding up. The sides are flipping upwards and the rug won’t stay flat to the floor. It’s fraying in a few spots as well.
Considering we use this are of the house infrequently I can’t say I recommend.
The style is nice but functionality could use some work.
