The earrings arrived with both posts and backs smashed!!! I’m afraid to try to bend back in case they break off!!!! They weren’t in a box!!!! They aren’t wearable!!! Please help me!!

Great price for the item. item looks amazing. wife loved it. buttttt was shipped without a box and in a very basic invelope. I assumed it was a one off but the second item was shipped the same way separately. The earing pins where bent but not enough for a return and wait for more.

Would have been a lovely pair or earrings, however the posts were bent flat and any attempt to straighten would result in breaking them off. Should not be shipped in a bag, ought to be protected and sent in a box.

The studs were bent when I received the item. The earring came with a business card and the name on the business card never replied. Had to go through Walmart. I did get my money back with no hassle. Had no problem with Walmart just the jeen trading

Buyer beware. Yes. The earrings are beautiful but they could be CZ for all I know?? The description states it would come with GRA certification paperwork but only included a card thanking me for the purchase and stating if I had problems with the product to contact them. I did. They apologized for the “incorrect description” but still would not provide paperwork to guarantee the gemstones. Pretty, yes. But I only bought them because I thought I’d have the guarantee of the item I purchased. Otherwise, I could’ve spent my money elsewhere. I feel like stating the product comes with certification but not actually providing it is a BIG deal when it comes to purchasing gemstones.

The earrings are very pretty but the packaging was terrible. They were packed in a flat 8×12 manila envelope. Therefore the stud and backs were mashed down. I straighten them out but fully except them to break now since they are creased.

I wouldn’t suggest these for anyone. Not only were the stones cloudy, but they didn’t come with a “warranty” card that the other pair I order had (albeit, it wasn’t completed). That means we don’t know anything about the earrings quality or anything to do the warranty info.

Gorgeous! I bought two pairs, one for my daughter and another for my daughter-in-law. I was so impressed with the quality. I bought two more pairs and gave one to my mom, and kept the fourth pair for me. These made wonderful Christmas gifts , each diamond was 1.2 carrots, and the cushion cut is very elegant!
