The whole retractable feature is amazing. It goes down to 8-9ft and expand upto 25ft. It’s great for use in my Condo garage. Highly recommend it!

I used this hose maybe 3 times.
1. This hose I’m guessing it’s only good for a like RV stuff where both sides are plugged into something. Not good for a regular hose for the backyard. You have the stretch it and hold it hard for it to not just go back to the hose.
2. Broke in less than a month of use. Probably only used 3 times. See picture for how it broke .

Hose is only about 10 feet when expanded. Try something else. Now I have to waste 1.5 hours to return this garbage.

i had this hose for less than a month, i went out the other day to water the garden, after i turned the water on i saw what looked like a balloon, i tried to press the sprayer to release the pressure that built up in the hose and it exploded in my hand cutting my wrist and bruising my finger tips. tried to send message about the incident and was given a message that i need to call some phone number.

First time I used it, the water came through for 2 minutes just like it’s supposed to. Then it shut off. I couldn’t get any water to come through the hose. I went to take it off and the inner plastic had blown up like a balloon that then popped and the entire hose started leaking.

My yard is small, so I really want the retractable kind of hose; and they have never lasted very long in the past. I’ve only just received this and used it once, but it didn’t leak at all. Its connections are solid, the rubber “joints” that protect where the hose connects to the valves are more substantial, and the hose is heaver than the cheaper (not that much cheaper) ones I’ve had in the past. AND, they tell you how to take better care of it. I guess I’ve been neglectful of that in the past, leaving it out in the hot sun, etc. I’ve had to replace similar hoses every year, and I think this one will do better.

I ordered it in April and it was too short for what i needed it for. i ended up using it once after to wash my camper. The next time, i used it, it broke. see photo.

never expect a leak with this hose. the hose is easy to connect with its comfort grip connections. there’s a convenient open/close valve on the tip for added water saving and security. it contracts nicely when the water pressure turns off and expands quickly when on. the color is perfect for any yard. i love it. i purchased a longer one too.

I’ve had two of these hoses. The first one I thought I must have done something wrong with it and the ends separated then the blue tube on the inside exploded. I bought another and was very careful and once it’s connected to something, you can’t disconnect it without the end separating.

This product is a good example of why I usually wait a little while before writing a review.
The hose worked great for a few months… But the plastic end did not hold up. It broke cleanly, under normal use. Can’t recommend a product that doesn’t hold up better than this. It’s now unusable and unfortunately headed for the trash.
