It works great for its intended purposes- consistency is key for sure! As for it durability: regular use-perfect! But if you drop it at all- it WILL BREAK.

I use it at night after being in the freezer for a bit and it’s nice and relaxing. In the morning I use it with my face products. I like the little curved part as it feels like it’s lifting my face. I’ll definitely keep using to see if there are long term improvements.

Bought this because my chiropractor has a metal one he uses on my arms. I have been using this to combat my tennis elbow. I know it’s for the face and neck but this tool can be used for the entire body. If you workout in the gym and get injured or have muscle cramps or tightness, this is a great tool to encourage blood flow in those parts. I see this tool as an essential part of my body toolbox. Use with lotion or oil.
