The actual necklace itself is beautiful.
The only problem with this necklace is that I purchased this as a Christmas gift to someone near and dear to me and the original box came broken and ripped up, yes the box can possibly be taped back up but that’s not the point. That is why I am rating this two stars.

I love this charm it’s beautiful I bought one for me, my daughter, and my daughter in law so we can all match because we all love purple and beauty and the beast and it’s perfect for Xmas. The only thing I am displeased with is the necklace they come with it, it is a bit thin for the weight of the charm I may have to buy another necklace for all of us.

This beautiful Sterling Silver heart-shaped necklace is even prettier in person. I gave it to my 85 year old Mother for Christmas, and she adores it. Her birthstone sparkled as she placed the necklace around her neck. I was so pleased that I had ordered it and plan on ordering several more as gifts. Btw, the gift box it came in was a pleasant surprise. It was a heavy-duty, sturdy, yet elegant box. This made for an excellent gift.

it was a present. the chain was/is missing the little hook to attach it. It is embarrassing when my sister opened it and its faulty. can you repace the whole thing or the chain. My sister kept it but im sure she wint use her christmas present. Poor quality. Needs replacement.

I bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas. The minute she put it on she noticed the clasp was broken. Her birthday is in January so I got it with her birthstone. She and my daughter took it to be repaired and found out it would cost more to repair it than the purchase itself. She was heartbroken.

I found the package in the fenced in yard on the north side of our porch and next to the sidewalk. I was glad to find it. It was very light so it was probably placed on the porch and got blown away. But it’s a beautiful necklace and pendant with birth stone.
