Every item in my kitchen is this line, and I loved this until a month or so ago. I took the divider out to clean and put it back in, but could not get it to close. I made sure I had it in the middle slots and all the way down but that didn’t help. I ended up bending the divider trying to get it in. I straightened it out and kept trying. Finally I was able to get it to close but it’s an ordeal almost every time. Now fast forward a couple weeks and now the basket wouldn’t shut. I tried and tried and could not get it to close. So I took it out and looked inside and the rubber piece was hanging down. I could not get it put back in no matter what I tried. I wish this was made better because I love the options and the flexibility it gives.

I just received the 9qt Air Fryer for Christmas and it will not start. I have been watching videos and reading the manual and looking at the site website. Everything functions except for it not starting. It’s a beautiful air fryer, but I’m very sad that it didn’t actually work.

I loved the look of this air fryer so I bought it to replace our Ninja. It takes longer to cook than our Ninja and after three uses, the rubber seal/divider for the dual cooking method has detached from the inside top of the air fryer. Now not only can we not cook two items at once, the detached rubber strip prevents the basket/drawer from closing all the way so the air fryer can’t be used at all. Very disappointed in the quality of this product.

I ordered this product in the sesame black during the holiday online sale. I was shipped the color cornflower I believe (purple). I contacted customer service online and asked for a replacement in the black sesame with customer service. I was told that I would have to take it to FedEx and once verified that they would send me the replacement, but not before and that once received and verified by FedEx, it would ship. I was not given the option to return in store at all. Once it was returned as Walmart requested, Walmart chose to cancel my replacement order. They emailed me showing that I cancelled it. Which I did not. So much for getting the holiday sale price on an item that I wanted. And once again, Walmart did not do what they told me they would do.

Fantastic air fryer that matches my kitchen! It truly is “Beautiful”. I love the fact that the centre piece comes out if you want to cook a larger meal. ALSO…you can have two different temperatures on each side and it comes with a dehydrating option.

When I originally bought this, I absolutely loved it. But it’s been less than a year and the lightbulbs have burnt out behind the buttons, so the buttons are no longer visible. Which, as you could assume makes it difficult to use. We’ve also found that since the lights burnt out that the effectiveness of the air fryer is less. For the cost, this was a major major disappointment.

I would recommend this air fryer!!!! To anyone who likes easy fast meals it has multiple settings to put airfrying ease!
Bake air fry dehydrate reheat broil and more settings temps go high and low and meals come out perfect every time !!! This double air fryer also has a removable devider so you can cook 1 thing or put in the divider and cook 2 different things at the. Same time where you can change the heat setting s and time for both left and right sides !!!!

It’s beautiful but doesn’t work. It doesn’t get hot enough maybe. I have to cook longer and hotter temp then what directions on packages tell me. The absolute worst for French fries. Always ruins them and doesn’t cook them correctly. The trays in the bottom don’t sit in flush and are uneven. I would not recommend this fryer at all.

I mean it’s overall a great product but we had a single airfryer slot beautiful by drew barry more that worked a lot better than the dual. Our first one came in damaged and the drawer wouldn’t slide in and out properly so we returned it and got another one. This one the door didn’t really seal properly but was 1,000 times better then the first one so we decided to keep it. It doesn’t heat up or cook nearly as quick as our single chamber one did but it does get the job done. Really whoever does quality control on these things should be out of a job. We had two arrived damaged but the second one wasn’t damaged enough for us to want the inconvenience of having to send yet another one back so we kept it. Quality control is the biggest issue here. You shouldn’t send out damaged products.

We went from a one drawer to 2 and love it for our family of 4. We bought liners and it keeps the drawers super clean! We feel like you do have to turn the temp up pretty high to get crispy food but that’s ok. We love this machine and it matches our kitchen perfectly!
