Connected them to my iPhone – seems to connect easily, but the button doesn’t switch between ANC and Transparency modes. Reset everything, still didn’t work. Annoying low quality indicator sounds every time I put them in my ears – I compare this to the very real Airpods my girlfriend has, they don’t do that. Checked the serial numbers – shows a serial number of 1st Gen, not 2nd, even though the case seems to be of 2nd Gen. Also, packaging says assembled in Vietnam, Walmart stickers says assembled in China. Lots of odd things, bottom line it doesn’t work, they aren’t real airpods.

One of my most favorite parts of these is the transparency mode. it allows you to hear your surroundings super clear even with music playing! the ANC also works amazing. These headphones also have amazing deep and clear bass and just sound amazing overall. Great purchase and will probably buy for family!

I recently had a very frustrating experience with Walmart’s online shopping and customer service. I ordered AirPods and paid an extra $10 for shipping. The package arrived quickly, but to my dismay, the box had been tampered with. I immediately called Walmart’s customer service to report the issue and seek a resolution.
Shockingly, the solution offered was far from satisfactory. I was told that I needed to drive to the nearest Walmart store to return the tampered item and then reorder it online if I wanted to take advantage of the sale price. This is utterly ridiculous and a massive inconvenience, especially since this was an online purchase.
It’s absurd that as a customer who received a damaged and possibly compromised product, I’m being punished with the hassle of returning it in person. This policy is not only inconvenient but reflects poorly on Walmart’s commitment to customer satisfaction, particularly when compared to other online retailers like Amazon.
Overall, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. Walmart’s handling of online orders and customer service in this instance has been very disappointing, to say the least. If Walmart is trying to compete with Amazon, they are certainly falling short based on this experience.

When I ordered for the first time The system says it will ship on the 13th. I’m waiting! And in the system it said this morning that there were no products!! Then ask if you still want the product? I agreed because it would be delivered the next day…but when I agreed The system shows the delivery date as the 15th, which is too late for it to be a gift. So I clicked to cancel my order. But the system says that cancellation cannot be made because the product is already prepared for delivery!! So I couldn’t do anything! In the evening, I came to look at the system again. The delivery status is that it has been sent to the carrier and it will arrive on the 14th. That is good news for me. But I’m still worried that the system will change the date again! I was anxiously waiting for the delivery..but it finally arrived in my hands and it was all brand new in a neat seal. The box has no damage whatsoever. I am very satisfied and grateful that it arrived on time.

I’ve had the OG pods, 1st generation AirPod Pro’s that my dog ate 50% of. I’m selling a half set of AirPod Pros at the moment. But if you have an iPhone there’s no other choice for ear buds. The sound is amazing. So amazing I stopped using my spendy Bose headphones. They’re so comfortable you forget they’re in. I paid for the Apple Care because the price of the pods was so good.

Very good, they start and stop music without making it obvious they’re airpods in your ear. Great sound and good noise canceling. I’d buy again! My old over the ear beats are slightly better for noise canceling.

Walmart please change your policies to allow people to pickup an item in the store for the same price as offered online! Manager was no help! I drove from home especially to get these earbuds (showing in stock at my store) but had to order through pickup to get price! Additional trip for me!☹️☹️

I like the improved hearing I get from the direction of the sound. I connected to my iPhone and LG tv. What a sound with my favorite movies and shows. I hear the sounds lost from getting older and heavy construction.
Noise cancellation works because there is a fit test.

The package arrived late and then the package looked like it had been opened already and guess what the air pods were not even in there.. call Customer Service first person hung up on me.. and after speak with a supervisor and then a manager what a joke- told me to wait 10 days to see what next steps are.. I have never had such a horrible experience and especially waiting 10 days for a resolution
