This appliance is beautiful and has many options. This is why I purchased it. The buttons on display do not push easily or register the touch well. Don’t lose instruction booklet. There are so many cooking options, you definitely need directions to navigate steps.

This is the type of multi cooker I was looking for. I didn’t want another glass one. I wanted one that could go in the oven if needed. And if there were leftovers, I could put it in the fridge. Then to warm it up I wouldn’t be afraid of it breaking due to it being glass.

Nowhere in the item description did it say this slow cooker requires a dedicated outlet so I bought it and followed the instructions to set it up and it spit water EVERYWHERE even getting water on the plug. Then in the back of the booklet in troubleshooting it says “make sure it’s on a dedicated circuit outlet” 😑 I have no dedicated outlets in my kitchen (all appliances are sharing the same 2 lines which is outdated but I rent an apartment so have no control of that). The ad for the item needs to say that it requires a dedicated small appliance circuit. Almost caused a hazard and wasted my time on this but thankfully was able to return it.

The instructions are difficult to read and read over and over to get it right. The buttons were difficult to use, I couldn’t press the buttons with my fingers, I had to use my knuckles over and over before it would program. I will have to return the item

I want to love this. I have wanted one for some time and I finally got one. I made rice on the first use. I washed the rice and added the amount of water it indicated was needed, but the bottom of the rice formed a hard crust. It made cleaning easier but I had to throw. Away a lot of rice that couldn’t be eaten. I tried again a bit later and same result. It seemed to be getting too hot. I used the slow cooker on low and went to check on it and it was practically boiling! I am glad I checked because had I not, I would have had a burnt mess on my hands. The item is beautiful, but I need it not to burn everything I put in it. I can’t even imagine what setting the slow cooker on high would do!!!

I loved this product, at first. After using it for a month, typically twice a week, it has malfunctioned. The temperature is so hot that on keep warm it’s stuck on a rolling boil. Even after turning it off the food was still boiling until I unplugged it. It’s not safe to use!

I had to dump 3lbs of chicken because it never cooked fully through. After 24 hours of trying every method, I decided to do 10 hrs on high so that at least my dogs could enjoy, but still no success. It all got dumped. Beautiful product, terrible results

All of the appliances are truly beautiful. However, I have now received 2 that have visual flaws. My first one had a chipped lid and discoloration on the base. The replacement I received had paint flaking off and had black spots on the white base. I was excited to replace my slow cooker with this fancier updated version, but it’s not looking good so far. Maybe I need to get a darker color so any issues aren’t as visible, but I wanted the white to match with my other appliances.

Lovely little appliance, but the lid doesn’t sit well. Biggest problem is that the simmer feature isn’t working. It rapidly boils on whichever temp (1 or 2) you set it on. I will be returning this item because of this. I make soup that requires simmering, but with this machine, I actually had to take it out of the stand and put it on the stove to simmer. Not helpful.

This was an anniversary gift and I really want to love it but I can’t. The lid doesn’t seat properly and the handle gets very hot. The buttons on the digital display are not user friendly which makes it difficult to set the function . I used the slow cooker option on low and after 30 minutes it was boiling. In my opinion it’s not safe to use unattended.
