This little planter is really cute. I love the trendy grayish color, and it feels heavy and like it’s good quality. The scalloped edges are cute, and I think I’m going to plant succulents in it, because it’s a perfect depth for that. Part of the scalloped edges are not perfect – I took a picture of that part. I don’t think it’s going to be noticeable at all once I plant succulents in it. This planter feels really sturdy. I might buy another one to match!

I received the “Better Homes & Gardens Thelea Round Ceramic Planter, 8″ about a week ago,
The Planter came and was Heavy, Really good quality, with two Water vent plugs in the bottom. I am strongly considering planting a cactus in the 8” circle pot. with an (X) cross on the bottom. Before then I have used it for my Keys, wallet and mobile hand sanitizer, Which is part of the multi uses. It was also considered for a Dog dish for my husky whom cannot seem to keep his bowl in one position. It would also be a Fun Fruit bowl, or even a centerpiece on a table. If used for its purpose. With the water vented plug holes. It is ideal for in home use, If overwatered you can take the plugs of of the bottom of the ceramic planter bowl. To avoid Diseases in the plant soils, from overwatering.
This item, is well made, and worth every penny, no matter what you choose to use it for. Once my cactus comes, and the second bowl, I trust this to exemplify my home and the area I choose to incorporate it in.

This ceramic plant is well made with no voids in the interior or exterior finish. It has two t\drain holes that have plastic plugs in them when you receive it. These plugs may be left in or moved based on the drainage needed for your plant(s).
We used this planter to transplant our Bonsai tree. The drain holes were a greta place to run our supporting wires that help stabalize the tree.
Overall very happy with this planter.

I have bought several of these pots at the physical store and love them. I ordered 3 more which had to be shipped and they came today totally destroyed in a box. Someone just threw them in a box and put some green bubble wrap on top and that was that. I’m extremely disappointed knowing someone doesn’t have enough common sense to wrap pottery correctly. I’ve ordered a replacement, but betting on it happening again.

Item was received BROKEN in pieces! There was nothing to absorb impact, as the item was put in a box with a single sheet of bubble pack, loosely tossed into the box, not wrapped and secured around the item itself. A 5 year old could do a better job!

I purchased another of these bowls because they look so nice on my shelving with plants both inside and outside. I paint them with outdoor paint and they are perfect!

This item arrived broken into bits. WalMart deliveries on my past two orders are coming in damaged. Not sure why they bother to offer shipping if it’s not packaged properly.

seems like a great little pot, but unless you are using those mini succulents, not much will fit in this one. overall it’s a lightweight, attractive pot for a small dish garden. feels like it will hold up for a long time.

The fragile item was not packed in appropriate cushioned material and arrived broken in numerous pieces from shipping. If it had been properly protected and arrived intact, you would have received five stars.

i really like these pots. I used the pair for repotting bonsai plants. The removable drain plugs allowed me to water tem well and then remove the drain plugs.
